Issues with tooltips

  1. In a list, I turned "tooltips in list view" on, but I don't see anything happening (on the bootstrap list template)
  2. In the Inlineedit list plugin, the text of the tooltip does not strip the HTML tags or encoding (see screenshot)

Well, after update to GitHub 191, the inlineedit plugin does not seem to work anymore: it just shows "null" when you try to edit an element.
