j3.6 with f3.5 fresh install error

I installed a fresh copy of joomla the other day and installed Fabrik through the Joomla web installer. The first couple of times I attempted to open the Fabrik component I kept getting an error like Fabrik system component not installed or not published. I checked the plugin and it was installed and published. Fabrik eventually loaded normally, but this shouldn't happen. I seem to remember it happening in the past also.

Let me know if you need more details on my servers to help diagnose.

I can't replicate this. I'd have to actually see it happening, so next time it happens, contact me so I can log in and take a look.
