JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_COMPONENT_NOT_LOADING

I am trying to install Fabrik 3.0.7 into Joomla . After uploading and enabling fabrik plugins, the error JLIB_APPLICATION_ERROR_COMPONENT_NOT_LOADING is showing at the back end.
At the front end the message #400 COM_FABRIK_SYSTEM_PLUGIN_NOT_ACTIVE makes Joomla access impossible. Selective enabeling of plugins showed that System - Fabrik is causing the problem.
I am using QNAP TS109 II, Joomla 2.5. Apache/1.3.41 (Unix) PHP/5.2.9 Any clues??

Apache 1.3.41 (minimum is 2.x)
PHP 5.2 (recommended 5.3)

After uploading and enabling fabrik plugins

You should install the complete pkg_fabrik_3.0.7.zip (Joomla installer)
