Joining 2 Fields

Hi

I have 2 fields in Table One>Form One, First Name and Last Name. On Table Two>Form Two, i want to have a single dropdown selection of the First Name and Last Name entered.

Currently, I can only create a database join element that allows me to show one of the fields. How can I show both fields in the dropdown?

Or Concat label- Alternatively you can select multiple fields from the database table by supplying a mySQL concat string e.g.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Managed to figure it out. Concat was the solution
