Labels Position stuck on the left after updating to 3.3.4

Hello all,

Today I updated the Fabrik plugins and compontents to 3.3.4 on several websites. Ever since the labels are stuck on the left of the forms, 'though they are set to "Above". No matter what I try, they won't pop back in place.

This happend on several websites, in several templates. The websites are even hosted at several webhosters. Que pasa?

As an example look at:

Labels are set to be "Above", but are squeezed on the left of the form.

Anyone any ideas? Thanx in advance!

There was a fix because Fabrik was not respecting the group layout setting. Seems now it doesn't fetch the form layout setting if group layout is set to "use global".
Workaround:
edit your groups and set "Label = above" directly.

OK, should be fixed in this commit:

... so group setting should now defer to form setting if group is "use global".
