List CSV doesn't honor filter

I'm using filters and CSV download. Both work fine, but CSV doesn't honor filters, always downloads unfiltered data. Is it possible to get filtered data only?

In the list configuration - under Publishing - CSV tab - there is an 'Include filters (Yes/No) option.

And if you set the 'Front end options' to Yes, the user will be able to set that at the time of the export.

You can closed solved threads by unchecking "open" in Thread Tools.

Upon further testing found it works fine using a filter box, but when advanced filtering used download is freezing at item 0

Known issue, advanced search + export isn't working.
