List module - random and pagination

I'm using the list module because I wan't to Randomize the posts. I only wan't to show 3 posts on each page.

The problem is, that it's the same 3 posts on first page every time (in random sort order though). Another problem is, that the pagination disappears on page 2.

It's working on my site.
"Randomize" is selecting "Number of records to show" random records and showing without ordering.
(Maybe not really random, seems to be one random record + the following x ones).

Make sure that you have no order set in list settings/Data.
Set "show navigation"=no in module settings.

Hmm. Not working that way here. Maybe it's because I embedded the module in an article. Will try without.

If you want to show random records you can also create a MySQL view
http://jan.kneschke.de/projects/mysql/order-by-rand/
and then create a Fabrik list linking to this view

That was better. Though only if I set the number of posts to show in the list and not in the module (0). But the pagination still doesn't work for me.
