List: Related data - 'Link to form' return to 'No' after Save

I want to link to related data form from a list. And it works fine, but when I save the list the option has returned to 'No'.

I can't replicate this issue but it's ringing a bell ...
Can you see JS errors?
Which wysiwig editor are you using? Try with Editor - none in your account settings.

Edit: I CAN replicate with related form link (my test above was with related list link)
no JS errors, Editor -none doesn't help...
