Model class FabrikModelPluginmanager not found in file

Built a new form in Fabrik 3, get this error on submission only if submit plugin (Email on submit) is chosen. No email (therefore no plugin called), it doesn't happen.

Everything saves fine, success message and all, so that's cool... I just don't want visitors to see this and get all worried.

Thoughts?

by the way, it DOES send off the email, so that works too

Did you publish your plugings in joomla plugin manager?, I had a similar problem and that seems to be the culprit
