Is there a convenient way of translating the elements Titles and descriptions etc for a multi lingual website?

How would this be implemented, so that the right language form and list appears for the language currently viewed by visitor?

I usually have several separate language menus.

It depends on you setup.

You can use language strings in element titles, validation error messages etc. (you have to create the override strings)

You can use menu items associated with your languages to call different Fabrik lists, forms or to show different columns of one list

With Fabrik language placeholders (see your other thread) you can create plugin conditions, language related links, language related display of dbjoin labels etc.
