No save of JavaScript

Can you advice what is the cause of not saving JavaScript inside element?
Script is saved and can be run however it cannot be recalled in element settings and modified. It simply dissapears and must be re-created.

This works fine for me, and the settings are never lost - tried in both Firefox and Chrome. When is the last time you updated from Github?

Just few days ago. I have also tried to use version 3.0.9 reinstalled over 3.3.1 files with no effect.
This problem of no save of JavaScript relates to ANY element type.
