pb with form template

Hi,

I have created one form with a multiple group inside. In my layout this form is:

| group 1 |
---------------------------------------
| group 2 |
---------------------------------------
| group 3 |
_______________________

but I would put my groups in a table for my form structure will be :
_______________________
| group 1 | group 2 |
----------------------------------------
| group 3 | group 4 | group 5 |
----------------------------------------
| group 6 |
_______________________

If somebody have a solution, I am interrested.
