Placeholders in an article

I use Fabrik very often and I like it very much.
For several sites I use the combination of forms and sending a confirmation via email.
In F3 you must use an article as template and that works fine, but the placeholders for a dropdown are 'translated' in the article as bullits in stead of a text.

E.g.
name: my name field
adress: my adress field
departement:
  • my department dropdown item

Is there a solution for this (little) problem?

Thanks Troester, i also had this problem and your solution worked fine. Unfortunately i have the same problem with dbjoin element. Is there any solution for this?

It renders like

  • data1
,
  • data2

If thats for the form email plugin then, you don't have to specify a Joomla article, just a standard html/php file located in plugins/fabrik_form/email/tmpl/

Im not exactly sure what it is you want changing? If you select multiple selections then the database join element renders as a <ul> you can apply what ever css styling you need to that list in the email template, or your joomla template.

Thanks for your reply,

I use a Joomla article for a better look as confirmation.
Using the dropdown plugin it usely results in a single selection.

ah ok so if its a single selected, then we shouldn't wrap in a <ul> - makes sense to me.

I have fixed this in github
