Pre-filter question

I am listing agendas and minutes on a website using Fabrik. I have an element in the list for year to keep track of which year the minutes and agendas are uploaded such as 2013, 2014, 2015, etc.

I would like to prefilter the year for the current year which as of now of course would be 2015. This way only the 2015 records are shown when the page/list is loaded.

I set up a prefilter which did this but I found I no longer had the option to choose previous years in my page/list filters. Only 2015 is available.

Is there a way to load the page with only records from 2015 but still allow my users to view records from 2014 and previous years using the list filters?

There is probable a simple solution to this but it eludes me.

Fabrik Prefilters can be set in the Joomla menu item settings which take precedence over your list settings. So you could create a separate menu item for each prefilter configuration you want.

Or you could create a custom menu item with the filters preset to filter out older records.
