prefilter to give the superadmin

Hi, I set the prefilters and they work fine.
I wanted to add another condition to the prefilter to give the superadmin permission to "see everything".
How can I do?

add a second prefilter (OR) with a condition always true (e.g. where id >= 0) and apply to (super)admin
