Problem with redirection when validation fails

Hello,

I have a form that is accessed with the address : index.php?option=com_fabrik&task=viewForm&fabrik=9&Itemid=125&faculte=XXX

The XXX value allows me to control the display of different elements in the form (if XXX = 1, display element1, if XXX=2, display element2,...).

That is working perfectly, except when the form fails validation (typically "not empty" validation rule) : in this case the user is sent back to the form but with the address index.php?option=com_fabrik, so my control does not work anymore.

Is there a way either to be returned to the "original" form or to include the faculteId in the url ?

I use Fabrik 1.0.6 on J! 1.0.15 and PHP 5.2.8

I'm afraid I currently don't even have a Fabrik 1.0 test install to look at this on. We've pretty much shut down support for 1.0, and all of our resources are gong in to 2.0.

Rob? Any ideas?

Well, that's a bad news : with a very large Fabrik application built and without a migration script to move to 2.0, I am pretty stuck.
As I need this to work, I don't mind to pay for support on this issue.
Think that can be done ?

Regards.

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
