The Start Publishing date on Forms is not effective for local time. I'm having to enter the GMT time (my zone time minus 11 hours) for it to behave correctly.

New Commercial Services Section
We have now opened a commercial services section here on the forum for registered users. If you have a Fabrik project that you wish to have someone work on for you, post it under Help Wanted. If you are an application developer and wish to earn some money helping others, post your details under Fabrik Application Developers.
Both of these are unmoderated. It will be up to both parties to work out the details and come to an agreement.

Maybe I should start a new thread, but I think this one is ok here:
There also seems to be a caching issue.
If a have the Publishing Date on the Form set to an upcoming time, the time can elapse and the form still not be available on the front end. If I clear the Fabrik cache, the form becomes available.
I have not had the patience to see when the form becomes available if I don't clear the cache... sorry
I've tested it out for some minutes, but that's all.
