Put on each page in "PDF" the title of the list.

On all my lists created, the title of the list is only visible on the first page in "pdf". How to make it appear on every page.

Create a custom list template with the code and CSS necessary for PDF output with header/footer and select it in the list's [Layout] settings as PDF template.
