Related data headings in details view

The related data headings are showing in details view and I was trying to remove them. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

In form settings/Options set "Show related data links"=no

Hi

Sorry if I was unclear. I want the related data links (buttons) to show in the details but it is also showing the heading name next to it which I want to edit out somehow. Im not sure if this is just down to the template but I couldnt find what part to edit?
