Save a copy and redirect to new record?

Hello All,
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to alter the Save a copy function in the form? My ideal scenario would be that the form is redirected to the newly created record and also that "copy" would somehow be appended to a description field so that the end user is aware that the record is a copy of another record.
