Hi,
as in object I have one questions about search all...

The question
I have a list of students and I want to use the "Search all" filter to search the "firstname_lastname" element and the "city" element.
Let's say that there is a student called "John Fields"... if in "search all" I search for the string "John Fields" than I have one result (and it's ok) but if I "search all" for the string "Fields John" I have NO result.
How can I set the fabrik search engine to show me even the "Fields John" search ?

The bug
If in "search all" field I put an asterisk "*" than fabrik generate a 500 error
"Fabrik has generated an incorrect query for the list Students"
How can I solve?

Thanks
Max

Hi,

Turn also "Extended search all" on (below "Search all" in List -> Filters. Then you have choices how the search should be handling multiple words.

And then you won't get the error either when entering the asterisk in the search field. (In other words, without extended search I can reproduce the error, but can't tell what causes it.)

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
