Show Perticular user the data of the List he/she made

Hi,

I created a form and list. The form can only be filled and submitted by a Registered user. I have added a element "user" which shows which user has submitted the form on the admin panel.

Now, I want to show the data to the user who has filled it on the front end when he was logged in.

Suppose,

User Jhon, logged in to our website and filled the form and submitted the data. Now the data is in our Joomla backend right? He cannot see it.

So, I want jhon to see what he has submitted on the form.

Is this possible?

Please provide some help on this as it is urgent.
