It's working as far as I know.

You'll have to explain a little more of your setup or post some screenshots.

I have already asked the developer to tell me what she is trying to do on this visualization that is returning this error. As soon as I have more information, I will post here. Since I am managing the servers, for now the error log is everything that I have. Sorry if I was too fast posting this before having the complete information.
