SOLVED. 2 issues with lists

Hi, thank you for this component. It has great potential and it helps people like me with no knowledge from php or sql.

I have fabrik 3.0.8 in joomla 2.5.9 (and now in 2.5.14).

I have a list that shows data from vehicles. I have a field called manufacturer (?????????????), another one called model (???????) e.t.c.

I made dropdowns from elements and i have also a search field.

The problem is that when you choose an option from dropdows (manufacturer or model etc) or use the navigation or try to clear filters, nothing happens.

But if after the selection of an dropdown i click inside the search field and press enter everything works fine, until i clean cache.

What can i do for triggering the dropdowns?

If i remove the search field, again nothing happens.

I'm testing it to localhost, so i have no link for you to test it.

I hope the picture helps.

I tested it with firefox, ie and chrome.

How can i fix it?


The second issue, i want to ask you how can i display 2 different lists (from different tables) in the same page with the plugin {Fabrik view=list id=1 listname___elementname=foobar} and each one filtered with the values i choose (listname___elementname=.....). With that scenario, both lists showing all data from tables.

As i say above, i have no knowledge from php, javascript or sql and any i apriciate any advice.

JS error/Filter trigger: did you try with a standard Joomla template (e.g. beez_20)?

i tried it with beez (and two other templates), but unfortunately the problem remains.

i'll try the update.

i loaded the update, but the trigger problem remains. I also noticed that it can't reset filters with the {Fabrik view=list id=1 RESETFILTERS=1 .....}. It is also caused by the trigger problem. When i press enter inside the search box, everything turn normal.

The second issue (2 lists in same page), seems to be fixed now.

when i press emter inside the search button, the url changes (from http://localhost/joomla2.5/index.php/motorsport/f1/4436-fabrik,
to http://localhost/joomla2.5/index.php/motorsport/f1/4436-fabrik?resetfilters=0&clearordering=0&clearfilters=0)

The problem with the triggering is solved.
I installed fabrik on my live site http://www.kokkinakis-service.gr and it works fine.
I don't know what was the issue in my local system.
