Suggestion for databasejoin element

Hi all!

Here are two suggestions for future development concerning the databasejoin and cascadingdropdown:

- Sometimes I could use a DISTINCT option for the db query - just for a particular element
- I could also use the "Button Group" option when I render a databasejon as a radio button list

I assume you can use Data-where or a mySQL view to create a "distinct" list.

For button group:
plugins\fabrik_element\databasejoin\layouts\fabrik-element-databasejoin-form-radiolist.php is a layout file which can be overridden.

I know, am actually using the where for the distinct

Just thought it might be a nice option for the less experienced users.

The "recommended" way is to use the id as value. So if you want to fiddle with DISTINCT you should not be a less experienced user
