Tag managers

Hi,
I would like to implement a solution to manage tags like this one http://welldonethings.com/tags/manager , can someone point me in the right direction.
My scenario is , having a main category and then have multiple tags associated with the main category.
I will have an item that need to be categorized with one main cat, and after with multiple tags. And having the autocomplete for existing tags related with the main categori, .
I need to get the value from droplist main cat, to filter the tags auto field.

we don't have anything as funky as that tags manager, but the text area element can be set to use tags, it accepts a comma separated list of user entered tags.
When rendered in details/list views the words are shown as tags which can be clicked on to filter the list.

Whilst it would be cool to implement something like the tags manager, I'll hold off as Joomla 3.1 will have tags in the code, which may effect what we would do with respect to integrating with that.
