The easiest way to pull up selected data from an existing list

Hello,

I have 2 lists of users.
List 1 = teachers
List 2 = students
Both are Joomla users with different permissions.
A teacher can deliver many courses to many students, and the students can have many courses and many teachers.
I have already the relevant data collected on another list called Calendar. I would like to know the easiest way to pull up only the data (teacher, students, courses) I need from the list Calendar and not have the teacher or the student repeated on the new list.

Joomla 3.9.25 and Fabrik 3.9.2 are the versions installed.

If you could make a sketch e.g. in Excel of your current table's layout and what exactly you want the end result to be, it would be a lot easier to help. Otherwise it's just guessing.
