Tooltip doesn't disappear

Hello,

Please check the latest modifications in Github, in this case the tooltip doesn't disappear (I can't even close it) from page after I moved to another element or another tab in form. More, there is no data displayed in validations tooltip. You can see a live example here or take a look at the attached images.

I worked on that earlier today, whilst it may not be perfect an update might make sense now, so we can get some feedback on what else might need changing.
