Tooltip on element not rendered anymore

Since our last fabrikar update are tooltips on elements in a form not rendered anymore - see attachment.
How to fix this?

I?m using Fabrikar 3.5.1

My comments:

• it occurs in frontend
• Joomla 3.6.2
• Joomla template: Protostar
• Fabrikar template: own template based on Bootstrap (same issue while using original Bootstrap template)
• same behaviour after clearing Joomla + browser cache

I can't replicate.

BTW, you really should update to 3.6.4. Fixes a nasty security issue which is being actively exploited.

If yu want to point us at the page, I'll take a look, although there's a limit on how much time we can put in on Community support.
