Where can I set the box size of the Total element?

You can add custom CSS for
input#your-full-elemenname
or override plugins\fabrik_element\total\layouts\fabrik-element-total-form.php
by adding some classes (e.g. border-0 p-2) or style (don't change the <input ... structure itself).
