Transferring site to another hosting

when i transfer site to new hosting every thing works properly but fabrik lists not working when click on fabrik lists it show error of database sql error. i dont know why. even i can create new forms in fabrik but with lists i found error both frontend and backend. plz tell me where i m doing wrong. as i have to make some apps in fabrik on my server and then i will transfer to clients server so if i face this prob each time i will be in big trouble.

Open and re-save your Fabrik connection (insert the correct password, the other params of the new DB are already inserted)

This has always to be done if you copy a Fabrik site to somewhere else.
