Translation of FileUpload Element: "Choose file"

Hello,

Tried to find it in Joomla's Language Overrides, but no success. How can I make the translation in Dutch?
Thanks in advance.
 
If it's a simple fileupload element (no ajax) then it's your browser. It's not even the same text in different browsers.
