UI inconsistencies after install

After installing Fabrik on my Joomla! 2.5 site, I see that some backend functions don't have appropriate labels and empty tooltips (see example attached). Rather inconvenient for a beginner...
Also, I imported a csv file into a Contact table and after a few trials I figured out how it works. Then I made a form and attached it to a menu item. In the frontend I don't see a form but I get two messages:
- You are not authorized to add this data
- You are not allowed to view this page
I don't see a problem with my Joomla access privileges...
Can anybody help me?
Thanks!

Labels/tooltips: your language file is incomplete.
Translations are done by the community, so ...
Are you running a recent GitHub update (http://fabrikar.com/forums/index.php?wiki/update-from-github/)? This may contain a better language file.
Or you can switch your backend language to English.

Access: edit your list (contact table) and set the access levels you need (e.g. add/edit/view records = public)

We are in need of some funding.
More details.

Thank you.
