Update from Github not showing up

Hi all,

I'm building a new server with Fabrik and everyting I have on another server. Installed Fabrik and then updated from Github with the SAME Github download that I had on my original. Followed every step of the "update from github" guide at http://fabrikar.com/forums/index.php?wiki/update-from-github/ But Fabrik is not seeing the changes, like added element plugins that are included in the update from GitHub.

Any ideas what to try or how to proceed?

Github downloaded on April 4, 2017.

Since we are going to be adding some other component I wanted to get this working as close to the site we already have for testing.

a GitHub update doesn't install anything, it's only copying files.
You must 'discover' and install these addtional element types (as you must have done on your old site)

Like I said "Followed every step of the "update from github" guide at http://fabrikar.com/forums/index.php?wiki/update-from-github/" Please review the steps at the bottom of that page. This page is linked to from GitHub.

I had to pick the extensions in the "discover" list and install them and then to to "Manage", select them and enable them. It might be a good idea to mention that in the instructions for extensions that were not installed prior to updating from Github
