Upload Excel-File

Hi,
can I upload an Excel-File to fabrik? Or only different csv-files?
And can I chage the defaults for "Delete existing data", "overwrite", csv-file format,...
The Problem is, I only want to have the Upload-button in the frontend. The user should not have to change the other fields.
