Utilize fabrik's placeholders in external PHP file

Hey there.
I'm developing a little page with a php file, just a simple setup program outside of joomla. I already included the framework to be able to work with my database, but I want to add a couple of fabrik forms within it.
I was thinking on just using the simple '{fabrik view=form id=x}' placeholders to load them, but that isn't working, I'm guessing I need to include fabrik's framework on it. Could you give me some guidance?

"Outside of Joomla"? Well, Fabrik needs Joomla. So, I'm afraid it's not as simple as you'd like it to be.

You can create a totally simple Joomla template for the frontend (I think you'll need the Joomla backend anyway to set up any Fabrik list/form).
E.g. copy Protostar, remove anything from index.php you don't need...
