"Video" Tutorial is broken for Building User Profile

Learning Fabrik, I fell on this tutorial that never gets loaded in the browser window:

Is the "video" tutorial presenting this method as well ?

Hello?
Is there anybody who knows were I can find infos about users management and a kind of "they are allowed to edit their own data only and they can create but not delete" option ?
I have seen there are prefilters one can set, methods to create joomla users groups and viewing access levels, but I can't find a consistent step by step tutorial.
Sometimes, I wonder if learning MySQL wouldn't be easier than that "guess and try" approach.

This is list access settings and prefilter.

Creating an appropriate user group and access level structur is not Fabrik but Joomla.

describes a paid plug-in? Or an element plug-in ? I just don't find those settings in Fabrik 3.4.2 (Joomla 3.4.8)

It's a form plugin, I don't think it's a paid one.
But it's not included in the Fabrik core version, you have to download and install.
