Viewing history

Hello, i have big problem maybe you could to help me. I have table Deviations and one more column view_log, when user found and open record before viewing it or just after i like to add information about viewing date (and computer IP if possible) to column view_log.
When user or anyone open this record again will see when it was viewed last time and before.

You can add a form php plugin (e.g on load) and add your own php code to do database table handling.
