I am trying to create as scan questionnaire which would provide you with a Radar (Spider) chart in a Rapport after submission.
We have 5 different sections with 4 to 5 statements in each section, which are rated by the user on a scale of 0-10.
On completion / submission I would like for the user to see a rapport (on screen and PDF) which would include some text and graph / charts of their situation based on the 0-10 gradings they provided in the questionnaire.
It is a little bit like a 360 degree feedback solution.
Now, I have created the questionnaire already in Fabrik... But now I am stuck on how to do the reporting and visualizations of the feedback provided. Of course each user's rapport is unique and the rapport and visualization should be specific to that user. We would like to later add an average on the rapport and visualization so that the user can see their scores against the average...
Any help or advice would be valued.
