Yearly Subscription for Standard Support ended after one month - please reactivate!

Since end of last week (2014-02-21) my Standard Support subscription is listed as expired (eot date is 2014-02-21). Though I paid the full yearly fee of 190? on 2014-01-21.

Currently I cant post in the Standard Support forums.

I created a post in the Chit Chat forum regarding this issue on Monday but nothing changed so far:

Please re-activate my account and change the eot to 2015-01-21.

Sorry about the delay in dealing with this one, the account should now work and the eot date updated by a month. It took a while as I had to track down the bug that was causing this issue.
