Add fields to the form only when needed

Good morning,

is it possible with fabrik to have a feature that allows me to add fields in the form only if needed?

For example, I have a personal data form, is it possible for telephone numbers to add the fields of the various numbers only if they are needed?

For example, if for a customer you have an office, mobile, home, private mobile phone number, etc., it is possible in the form to have only one field and then have an add function and create another field to insert the second number and so on ... (a bit like you can do with google contacts)

So if for a registry I only have 2 telephone numbers I will only have 2 fields, if for another registry I have to have 5 telephone numbers then I will add 5 fields and so on ...

I really hope you can do a similar thing with fabrik as this is a very useful feature.

Yes, it's possible. Create a new group in your form, set it "Repeatable" and create your elements, which you need to repeat, in your newly created group.
