Autofill multiple fields - howto

Does anyone have instructions, howto autofill multiple fields, please?

I have some fields as company_name, street_adress, postal_code, city, town...
And I would like to enter another record, if such a company_name already exists in db, to fill all other defined fields.

I haven't found a suitable tutorial.

I've seen this tutorial. But I dont use other table - I would need to fill in the data from the same table.
Do I need a new list for the same table?
How to configure specific?

Nope, you shouldn't need another list. Just create a join on your existing form to the table for that list. Then set up the autofill normally.
