Deactivate a dropdownlist when another contains certain words?

Hi,

I have a dropdownlist for some offers, another for accommodations.
In the first one, some rows contain "No accommodation" so I would like to disable the other list when ome of these rows is selected.
I tried a JS "change" action "with that element" "contains" but I don't find what value to add. I tried "No accommodation", but the accommodation list is not disabled.

I tried with select and click: no changes.

Is it another way to do that?

I didn't find how to do in the list, so I used another element (in a "summation" group) where the selected value of the first list is displayed and I can now hide or display the second list depending on whether "No accommodation" is present or not in the selected line.
