Error With Juser Plugin on forms

Hi i trying to create user from a form with Fabrik but i get the next error.

Fatal error: Call to a member function setId() on a non-object in /dataofdomain/plugins/fabrik_form/juser/juser.php on line 58

And when edit the form always in the header show this msg:

Table 'om_test_data.jos_fb_categories' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT id AS value, name FROM jos_fb_categories WHERE published = 1

that error doesn't match the current code (not we've changed the github project url as of yesterday so rather than using my personal github account there is a 'Fabrik project' which houses the code base.

Table 'om_test_data.jos_fb_categories' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT id AS value, name FROM jos_fb_categories WHERE published = 1

that should no longer be the case as of this morning's commit
