On saving a Form (settings) all its connections to groups are emptied (so it has no groups), I also can not add them using the form settings. The temporary solution I use is to add the appropriate record to the database.

I can't replicate this one, are you using the latest git code, can you make a video of the steps you went through to create the bug?
