    I wonder, is this something I should worry about? What can I do myself to solve this?

    I just run into this.
    It seems list-fileupload.js (and min) are missing in the xml, so not copied on install/update.

    So download and upzip the fileupload plugin and copy these two files manually.
    This fixed it on my site.

    @teoyh:
    Now, 4+ months later, it's probably best to make it a full update from Github.
