I want some information about the GID function in fileupload element. Is it linked to the Joomla access level? Is there a way to connect it to the user? Thank you

But in general:
All Fabrik access is using Joomla access levels (which are conntected to usergroups and so to users). It's up to you to define the structure you need.

Sorry, I was referring to the access element in file upload as in the photo.
But if the access level is indicated in the element, the same document can be viewed by all users with the same level.

You can set the element's details (readonly) view access to "or use field" which is linking to the userId.
