Getting articles into element as slider with filter

Hello,

I am looking for a sollution to create an slider with articles from a category and with also a filter (query) so I can only show articles with the id of the user what is logged in... (we use company id's.)

I tried different joomla modules but for all that modules its not possible to filter the articles by the company id.

So, because in fabrikar.. i can filter a lot in elements with queries, I was thinking to create an element (dont know what kind of) and in this element, there will be the articles loaded from the database from a certain categorie, filtered by company id.

Is this possible? And if it is possible.. where do I start? Can someone put me in the right direction and give me some guiding?

This will really be very appreciated.

With Fabrik:
For the filters: A Fabrik list linked to #__content with some prefilters...
Then for the layout a custom list template (you may start with a copy of the div template)

But e.g. with ArticlesAnywhere (RegularLabs) you should also be able to "filter" by category and user_ids etc.
