Where are the Hide and With for dropdown elements?

do you mean 'height' and 'width' ?
If so height is only applicable to multi-select lists and is controlled with the 'Multiple selections height' option.

Width is defined by the content of the dropdown, we don't have a setting for that

Understand about the Width, and Hide is property i see in other element for not show it. that was my question i didnt see it in dropdown elements

You can control the width of the select box via custom CSS.
The exact id/class depends on where you want to do this, something like
#xxx .yyy select {width:200px}

This will set the width of the select box but when clicking the box the options will show with their own width (usefull if you have long options texts but don't want to show a huge select box)
