Item k2 from fabrik

I need to create a k2 item through a fabrik form.
Someone already resolved this?

Thought as follows:

insert using a SQL query data item in k2.
To do this, I have that:

1) take all the data from the different components, transforming it into a HTML and insert it into one of the database fields.
I need help for that
Since the form will not record directly to tables, but it will take the information and then run a query.

The preugnta is:

as from save button
1) take the data from the elemenos
2) run a sql query
